This explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.
What we collect
- To fulfil your order — name, delivery address, PIN code, phone number, email,
and the laptop model you selected. - If you message us — your WhatsApp number and the conversation, so we can pick
up where we left off rather than asking you everything twice. - Automatically — standard web logs and basic analytics.
What we do not collect
We never see your card or UPI details. Payment is handled entirely by Razorpay
on their own systems. No card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank password ever reaches us or is
stored on our servers.
Why we hold it
To cut the right skin, deliver it to the right address, answer you about your order, and meet
tax and accounting obligations.
Who else sees it
- Razorpay — to take the payment.
- Courier partners — name, address and phone, so they can deliver.
- Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade your details.
How long
Order records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires. WhatsApp conversations are kept
while you remain a customer so we have your history when you come back.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it

Security
The site runs over HTTPS throughout. Access to order data is limited to the people who need
it to make and send your order.
